My work has brought me to devise a series of Optimal Health Programs addressing various aspeects of physical health.


Below is a preview of the 12 Optimal Health Programs divided equally under the Physical, Dietary and Social sections.  Developed and personally tested by a team of health professionals, each program extends over a period of 5 to 10 weeks.



Supervised Activities Program

This program will teach you how to exercise safely towards reaching the optimal level of fitness and energy to fully enjoy life.


Pre-Sport Program

This program will prep you for your favorite sport.  Adequate preparedness will increase your chances of delivering a good performance while decreasing the risk of sustaining an injury.


Custom Care Program

This program is intended for people who have sustained a musculo-articular injury.  It features safe exercises towards reaching the necessary level of physical fitness to resume daily work and activities without risking a major relapse.


Posture Alignment Symmetry Program

This program is designed to prevent and dampen back problems which are often the result of bad posture, misalignment of body segments or prolonged exposure to certain positions adopted when working or practicing a sport.


Healthy Eating Program

This program recommends dietary habits that will help you maintain a healthy weight by providing the right balance of essential nutrients. It will maximize your chances of living a healthy life and make eating well a pleasurable experience.


Healthy Weight Loss Program

This program will help you shed extra weight safely and efficiently.  The 2 key objectives are:
a) Improve your overall fitness by reducing body fat.;
b) Improve your eating habits based on the Canada Food Guide daily recommended servings of the 4 key food groups.


Custom Diet Program

This program includes a food guide designed to reach or maintain a healthy weight, to fulfill the recommended intake of nutrients and adapt nutritional recommendations to your individual medical, physical and psychological requirements.


Sports Diet Program

This program will provide you with a simple, accessible and personalized food guide designed to optimize physical performance when practicing your favorite sport.


Anti-Stress Program

This program will free you of tensions and stress towards reclaiming your mental, social and physical well-being.


Self-fulfillment Program

This program will demonstrate how to achieve a healthy physical and psychological balance by providing a roadmap to a successful life without compromising your health.  Mental health is an essential part of physical health, and vice versa.  How you feel about yourself shapes every one of your actions.  Therefore, a sense of confidence and self-worth will positively impact your actions, now and for the future.


Healthy Aging Program

This program helps the elderly discover methods that will make this stage of their lives truly enjoyable.  This approach teaches how to make a wise use of time and energy.


Busy Executives Program

This program offers VIP care to professionals towards helping them improve various dimensions of health.  Designed for people leading hectic lives, the program gives them the means to enhance their quality of life and enjoy every moment to the fullest.
